Trench Cafe: WIP

One of Apple Vision Pro’s most amazing but, inexplicably, hidden features is website environments.
Any creator of a web page can add an immersive scene that a visitor can experience while visiting their web page.
A podcaster could host on their own web site an immersive environment that creates the perfect mood for their show - a cozy coffee shop, a crime scene, or a spooky room.
A movie studio could create an immersive scene from a movie while the visitor watches the trailer for the movie on the web page.
The USDZ spec used for immersive scenes supports audio and animation, so your immersive scenes could even be immersive flash fiction experiences.
And since a user can have more than one web page open at a time, a visitor could open your immersive scene and remain in it while they visit other websites in a second Safari window - watch YouTube videos, catch up on social media sites, chat with an LLM.
The video above shows an early work in progress of a cafe on the Death Star with a great view of a particular trench.
While in the immersive environment, I use a second Safari window to watch movie clips on YouTube.
